PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Pixian doubanjiang – or douban jiang – is a fiery hot chilli bean paste, from Pixian in China’s Sichuan province. Famed for its chilli heat and umami-rich fermented beans, the pixian hot bean paste is a key ingredient in many Sichuan dishes.
Pixian is a city in the province Szechwan. It is famous for producting chili paste.
